We are currently hiring a Customer Service Rep in Ramsey, MN! This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to work that improves people's lives.

Wage: $20-21.50/hr., based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Location: Ramsey, MN (Hybrid)

What you'll do:

• Customer Focus: Genuinely enjoys helping people and responds to customer questions with courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and listens carefully to understand customer needs.
• Problem Solving: Asks the right questions to understand customer concerns, uses available resources and training to find solutions, and knows when to ask for help or escalate.
• Attention to Detail: Accurately enters orders and account information and reviews work before submitting.
• Dependability: Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality and follows through on assigned responsibilities.
• Willingness to Learn: Remains open to coaching and feedback and shows interest in learning optical products, systems, and processes.
• Adaptability: Stays calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Teamwork: Works well with others and supports teammates in meeting daily service goals.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens and learning order-entry and phone systems through training.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of telephone customer service experience is a plus
• Optical experience recommended
• Must be within a commutable distance of the Ramsey office. Following onsite training, this position will transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
