A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast footprint is hiring two Paint Superintendents (Interior Finish) for its Savannah, GA area office. Current and upcoming projects include an 18-story hotel, multiple hospital renovations, and mid-size hospitality and multifamily work — all within a regional radius. One opening targets a senior superintendent ready for a large-scale project; the second suits a mid-level commercial superintendent ready to grow. Both offer meaningful bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and a flexible, results-based schedule.

  • Anticipated $70,000–$90,000, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus — varies with project and company performance
  • Monthly vehicle allowance ($600–$800)

Overview:

  • Field-based oversight of commercial paint and wall covering subcontractor crews on active projects
