Job Title: Training & Quality Control (QC) Supervisor - Overnight Cabin Cleaning
Location: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Schedule Requirements: Must be available weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Training & Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee overnight cabin cleaning operations. This role is responsible for training cabin cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with airline and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and efficiency across all assigned aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train new and existing cabin cleaners on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards

  • Conduct regular quality control inspections of aircraft cabins to ensure cleanliness and compliance

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to team members

  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met during overnight operations

  • Ensure adherence to all safety, security, and airport regulations

  • Maintain accurate training records and QC reports

  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality

  • Respond to operational issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cleaning operations, aviation services, or a supervisory/training role preferred
