Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

  •  Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. 
  •  Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to achieve optimal outcomes. 
  •  Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and insurance requirements. 
  •  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. 
  •  Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.

Qualifications
  •  Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
  •  Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
