Position Description
This is a full-time role for a Payroll Specialist based in Snellville, GA. processing weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
Key Responsibilities
    • Payroll Processing: Assist payroll manager in collecting, verifying and processing timecards. Process paychecks or direct deposits according to payroll schedules. Auditing of information for accuracy and completeness.
    • Data Management: Enter employee information into payroll systems, maintain accurate payroll records, and update tax withholdings.
    • Problem Resolution: Address payroll discrepancies, employee questions regarding wages or deductions, and coordinate corrections with management or accounting personnel
    • Technical Expertise: Support payroll manager with certified payroll efforts, and training job administration.
    • Documentation and Training: Prepare payroll documentations, update written procedures on payroll processes.

Position Requirements
    • Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources is preferred.
