We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician. Candidates will need to be able to work fully onsite at our client's office, located at 275 East Main Street, Frankfort KY 40601
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidate will work on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a windows-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide desktop support and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving technical problems promptly.
  • Utilize ServiceNow platform for ticket management and efficient workflow.
  • Apply computer skills to assist in network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support.
  • Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software.
  • Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
  • Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
  • Hardware and software experience.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license.
