Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client looking to add a Sourcing Analyst to their team. Candidates must live in Greater Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) and work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite at client).
Role Purpose:
The candidate will provide end-to-end support for sourcing events by assisting with tender preparation, managing bid processes, analyzing supplier responses, and maintaining standardized templates and data to ensure consistent execution.
Core Responsibilities:
* Develop tender documentation, bid comparison tools, and supplier communication materials
* Coordinate timelines, inputs, and follow-ups throughout sourcing events
* Consolidate and evaluate supplier bids across key commercial and performance criteria
* Maintain templates, trackers, and data files to support repeatable sourcing processes
* Summarize results and key insights for category managers and sourcing leaders
* Take ownership of tasks and communicates clearly with stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, analytics, or a related field
* Strong Excel skills with a structured, analytical problem-solving approach
* Exposure to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, or similar analytical work
* High attention to detail and comfort working with incomplete or imperfect data
* Clear communicator with strong execution and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to/experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
* Familiarity with procurement or sourcing systems
* Prior exposure to bid analysis or tender support
* Demonstrated growth mindset with early leadership potential
* Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
