Key Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously enhance the comprehensive paid social reporting ecosystem, encompassing dashboards, templates, and automated workflows.
* Develop scalable, self-serve dashboards using leading social media management platforms and complementary tools, providing stakeholders with real-time performance data.
* Establish and maintain standardized reporting cadences, including weekly performance reports, campaign wrap-ups, and quarterly business reviews.
* Oversee data integrations across various social media advertising platforms, site analytics tools, and brand study vendors to establish a unified and reliable data environment.
* Define and enforce data governance standards, including naming conventions, taxonomy, and quality assurance processes, to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting.
* Collaborate with marketing technology and data engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies and enhance pipeline reliability.
* Design, implement, and maintain robust measurement frameworks.
* Build and maintain dashboards to track social performance across lines of business.
* Develop business-specific reporting views that meet stakeholder expectations and surface actionable insights.
* Ensure dashboard integrity through consistent tagging, taxonomy, and data hygiene standards.
* Consolidate data across paid social platforms, site analytics, and brand studies into unified performance views.

* Serve as the primary measurement and analytics partner for the social team, translating data needs into actionable infrastructure.

* Proactively identify gaps and blind spots in the current measurement ecosystem and recommend new tools, integrations, or methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid social measurement, or a closely related data/reporting role.
* Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns, reports, and dashboards within a major social media management platform, including campaign setup, governance, and performance reporting.
* Deep understanding of paid social measurement methodologies.
* Strong proficiency in various social media advertising platform ad managers and the ability to synthesize data across diverse platforms.
* Experience building and maintaining automated dashboards and reporting pipelines; proficiency with data visualization tools.
* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and surface clear, actionable insights.
