About the Role: 
KM CONSTRUCTION CORP is seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Irvington, NJ. In this role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while fostering a collaborative work environment. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage daily on-site operations and supervise construction crews.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:
