Associates serve as the face of the brand and are expected to provide friendly, attentive customer service while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner upon entry
  • Assist customers with product selection, explain self-serve options, and answer questions if needed
  • Ensure a positive, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

Point of sale and Transactions

  • Accurately operate the cash register and the POS system
  • Process cash, card, gift card, and digital payments efficiently
  • Maintain accuracy in handling money and providing change

Product Preparation and Presentation
