Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner upon entry
  • Assist customers with product selection, explain self-serve options, and answer questions if needed
  • Ensure a positive, fun, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

Point of sale and Transactions

  • Accurately operate the cash register and the POS system

Product Preparation and Presentation
