This is a hands-on, leadership role that does not include administrative tasks but focuses on service execution, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FOH team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and a outstanding guest experience.
  • Promote RHG’s service standards, upholding hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Guide and develop team members, ensuring execution of proper procedures for seating, serving, and guest interactions.
  • Be the go-to leader for problem-solving, guest concerns, and on-the-fly decision-making.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
