Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, laundry, and mechanical equipment.
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
  • Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and service calls.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform corrective repairs.
  • Maintain hotel grounds, public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Perform painting, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of building systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, fire, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with emergency situations, including power outages, water leaks, and equipment failures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records.
  • Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide exceptional guest service.

Engineering:

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building systems
  • Relevant certifications or licenses preferred

Education (Optional / Adjustable)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
