Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes
  • Properly label and store food, keeping perishables at safe temperatures
  • Rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all sanitation standards
  • Assist in transporting food and supplies between prep areas, refrigerators, and cooking stations
