We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Task Force Hotel Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online to join our team in Lake Geneva, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel accounting tasks on a temporary or project basis, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department during peak periods or special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to hotel operations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
