- Escalate technical, staffing, or customer service concerns as necessary.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of experience in event technology, venue operations, hospitality, or live event production.
- Experience leading technical teams or coordinating event operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Working knowledge of professional audiovisual systems and event technology.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
