Hotel PainterJob Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our hotel maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and other hotel premises through high-quality painting and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform interior and exterior painting of hotel rooms, corridors, lobbies, offices, restaurants, and other facilities.

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers where required.

  • Mix and match paints, colors, and finishes according to hotel standards.

  • Repair damaged walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other painted surfaces before painting.

  • Apply paint, varnish, enamel, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

  • Ensure all painting work is completed neatly, accurately, and according to required quality standards.

  • Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, and hotel equipment from paint, dust, and damage during work.

  • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

  • Identify areas requiring painting or touch-up and report maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

  • Complete painting and maintenance tasks within assigned timelines.

  • Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and maintenance procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

  • Assist the Maintenance Department with other related tasks when required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Painter, preferably in a hotel, resort, commercial building, or similar environment.
