Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at Sonesta Simply Suites, a mid-scale extended-stay hotel known for comfort and simplicity. If you're passionate about guest service, team leadership, and hotel efficiency—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
  • Ensure exceptional service and clean, well-maintained rooms
  • Build lasting relationships with long-term guests
  • Train, lead, and support your team to deliver on Sonesta standards
  • Monitor financial performance and manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls
