DayTime Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service at a front desk location by following site-specific procedures, supporting visitor check-in, and directing clients, patients, families, and staff as appropriate.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials and/or appointments in accordance with site policies, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
  • Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Maintain clear written records of daily activities, incidents, and communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
  • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
  • Have customer service experience, preferred.
  • Have alarm panel experience, preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
