The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing welcoming, efficient, and personalized service to hotel guests throughout their stay. This role manages the check-in and check-out experience, processes reservations and payments, provides hotel and local information, responds to guest requests, and assists in resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

The Front Desk Agent will communicate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure guest needs are handled promptly and seamlessly. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate guest accounts, answering phones, recognizing special occasions and guest preferences, and promoting hotel services and amenities.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
