Job description

The Steward Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Stewarding team while ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all Food & Beverage areas throughout the hotel. This role oversees Steward colleagues, provides coaching and direction, and ensures departmental standards and food safety guidelines are consistently met.
Responsibilities also include supporting Banquet Back of House operations, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and partnering with Culinary and Food & Beverage leaders to ensure operational needs are met. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
