Summer Internship

Operations and Human Resources Support

Summary
This internship provides exposure to both transit operations and human resources functions. The intern will learn operational workflows while supporting HR with administrative and organizational tasks. This role offers a broad understanding of how operations and personnel management intersect.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and learn daily operations activities and reporting processes
  • Assist with compiling operational reports and documentation
  • Support HR with file organization, data entry, and administrative tasks
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and personnel record management
  • Help coordinate internal communications and scheduling
  • Participate in meetings and cross departmental coordination activities
