Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our Hampton Inn by Hilton. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guest. You will greet customers as they arrive, check-in and throughout their stay. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 

Responsibilities 
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and make reservations
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their stay
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Hotel Experience Preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
