Job description

ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, OnDemandViet, and Amasian TV. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.
We are currently seeking a Platform BD/Partnership Manager to join the FAST Business Unit. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem with a passion for Asian entertainment, including K-Drama, C-Drama, movies, anime, and more.
In this role, you will drive the expansion of our platform and FAST channels across new distribution partners while managing key relationships with existing platforms and technology vendors.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and develop new distribution opportunities across OTT platforms, OEMs, and emerging channels (e.g., Hotel TV)
  • Lead partner outreach, pitch our platform and content offerings, and support deal execution.
  • Support packaging of FAST channels and content offerings tailored to each platform.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with platform partners and technical vendors.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Ad Ops) to support integrations, launches, and issue resolution.
  • Translate technical and monetization requirements into a clear business context for partners and internal teams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within OTT, CTV, FAST, AVOD, or digital media
  • Experience working with platforms, vendors, or distribution partners in the video ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of the video streaming ad tech ecosystem, including ad-supported streaming, ad serving, and programmatic monetization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical, monetization, and business discussions.
  • A passion or experience in Asian entertainment content is a plus
