Greets and welcomes guests.2. Assigns rooms and keys. (never giving out room number out loud)3. Maintains room availability.4. Collects and distributes cash handling for hotel5. Prepares bills and collects payment for visits.6. Assists in solving billing discrepancies.7. Answers inquiries regarding hotel area and services.8. Secures patrons' valuables in the safe.9. Provides suggestions of places to visit eat and shop.10. Answering phone is using correct brand verbiage.11. Maintains hotel records.12. Insure the safety of our guest's property assets; never open door for guest's who forgottheir key (redirect them back to the front desk) Hilton PEP is helpful
