Location: Louisiana (local candidates preferred) Additional Locations: Hotels in Houma, Louisiana, and outside Anaheim,California
Position Overview:
BN Management is seeking experienced GeneralManagers for our limited-service hotels. Candidates must have prior experiencewith Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring highstandards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, andperformance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies andprocedures.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting andforecasting.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and localregulations.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximizerevenue.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamworkamong staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensurecleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a General Manager or in asimilar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels isrequired.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetingand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
