Position Overview:
BN Management is seeking experienced GeneralManagers for our limited-service hotels. Candidates must have prior experiencewith Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring highstandards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, andperformance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies andprocedures.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting andforecasting.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and localregulations.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximizerevenue.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamworkamong staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensurecleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or in asimilar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience with Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels isrequired.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetingand forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
