About Us:

One Hospitality is a diverse and fast growing hospitality group in Columbus Ohio, looking to add a Marketing Manager to our team for the Park Street Complex.

Position Overview:

The Complex Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for Park Street Restaurant Concepts and the AC Hotel, with a primary focus on leisure travel and local market demand generation. This role serves as a strategic partner to hotel and restaurant leadership, ensuring brand alignment, measurable performance, and collaborative execution. The position reports to One Hospitality with a strong dotted line relationship to on property hotel leadership and ownership.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the marketing brand steward for AC Hotel, ensuring all marketing aligns with AC’s European inspired, design forward, minimal aesthetic

  • Maintain brand integrity across all Park Street restaurant concepts while enabling cross promotion

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies that drive:

    • Leisure travel demand

    • Local dining traffic

    • On property activation and awareness

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of all marketing collateral and promotional flyers, including concept ideation, creative direction, production oversight and brand compliance

Social Media Management
  • Own social media strategy and execution for:

    • AC Hotel

    • Park Street Restaurant Concepts

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars

  • Ensure visual, tonal, and experiential consistency across platforms

  • Optimize content based on performance insights

Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns focused on:

    • Leisure travelers

    • Local and regional dining audiences

  • Segment audiences and align messaging with intent

  • Collaborate with hotel sales and operations to support demand needs

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Local Market Activation
  • Identify and manage local partnerships to increase awareness and visitation

  • Support and promote on property events and activations

  • Position the hotel and restaurants as part of the local community fabric

Reporting & Analytics
  • Deliver clear, concise performance reporting on a biweekly and monthly basis

  • Translate metrics into actionable insights

  • Provide recommendations and strategy adjustments based on results

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner effectively with hotel and restaurant teams

  • Demonstrate professionalism and emotional intelligence when managing corporate relationships

  • Communicate proactively, respectfully, and transparently
