From intimate private dinners to large-scale celebrations and corporate events, we create thoughtful, highly personalized experiences defined by exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and meticulous execution.

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our growing team. This individual will lead the planning and execution of events from initial confirmation through completion, serving as the primary liaison for clients while collaborating closely with our culinary and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about luxury events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys bringing complex events to life.

What You'll Do

As Event Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary planning contact for clients from event confirmation through completion.
  • Guide clients through the planning process, including meetings, venue walkthroughs, and event logistics.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Develop production schedules, floor plans, timelines, and event documentation.
  • Coordinate rentals, transportation, vendors, kitchen infrastructure, and all event logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage event budgets and maintain accurate planning records.
  • Lead on-site event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Direct vendors and event staff while making thoughtful real-time decisions to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Deliver the level of hospitality and professionalism that defines Quince & Co.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of event planning, hospitality management, or luxury event production experience.
  • Experience in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, or high-end catering is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong financial, administrative, and logistical planning abilities.
  • Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management software is preferred.
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
