Regional Director of Sales – Luxury Construction & Hospitality Miami, Florida Position Overview Our client is an established New York City-based general contractor and construction management firm with over 60 years of industry experience, specializing in large-scale luxury high-rise, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. They are seeking a highly connected Regional Director of Business Development to lead sales and business development efforts throughout South Florida. This is a fully onsite, revenue-generating role focused on developing strategic relationships, sourcing new project opportunities, and driving long-term growth across the luxury high-rise residential, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep roots within the South Florida construction and development community, along with an established network of luxury developers, hospitality ownership groups, architects, brokers, consultants, and other key industry decision-makers throughout the region. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business, opening doors, cultivating client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and positioning the company as a preferred construction partner throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. Key Responsibilities * Lead regional sales and business development efforts throughout the South Florida market
* Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives focused on generating new business opportunities and expanding market presence
* Leverage existing relationships and industry network to secure new client partnerships and project opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with:
* Luxury Developers
* Hospitality Ownership Groups, Hotel Brands & Operators
* Commercial Real Estate Firms
* Architects and Design Firms
* Brokers and Consultants
* General Contractors and Trade Partners
* Mixed-Use and High-Rise Multifamily Developers
* Identify and pursue luxury high-rise, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, renovation, and ground-up construction opportunities
* Position the company early in the project lifecycle through proactive relationship management and market intelligence
* Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, conferences, client meetings, and community engagements
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership, preconstruction, and operations teams to support project pursuits and long-term client growth
* Establish and maintain long-term relationships within South Florida’s luxury real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors
* Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients, project pursuits, and strategic partnerships throughout the region
* Track market activity, relationship development, and business opportunities across the South Florida market
Qualifications * 10+ years of business development, sales, client relationship management, or revenue generation experience within large-scale commercial construction, luxury high-rise development, hospitality construction, general contracting, or related industries
* Strong understanding of the South Florida luxury construction and development landscape
* Established relationships with luxury developers, hospitality groups, architects, ownership groups, and other key industry decision-makers throughout South Florida strongly preferred
* Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships
* Experience supporting luxury high-rise, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, renovation, or ground-up construction projects preferred
* Strong communication, presentation, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to help expand the company’s regional presence
* Experience collaborating with executive leadership, preconstruction, and operations teams
* Ability to navigate high-end client environments and complex stakeholder relationships
* Must be local to South Florida and comfortable with frequent onsite meetings, networking events, and regional travel

Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus/commission structure.
