Job description

Physician Relation Executive

Determine targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on the hospital's facilities, resources and needs to develop appropriate approach strategies in introducing the services and facilities owned by the hospital.

Introduce Hospital facilities, products and services to all potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies.

Establish good and regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize increased use of Hospital facilities and services.

Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for use as monthly reporting.

Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results.

Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.

At least 1 year of experience in Hospital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Companies as a Medical Representative, or Banking.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive a car.
