This full-time role positions you at the frontline of providing essential social services within a hospice setting, ensuring the delivery of empathetic support to individuals and families as they navigate complex emotional and social challenges associated with serious illness and end-of-life care.

Qualifications- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge of social work principles.
- Possession of an active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and a firm understanding of social and economic justice issues relevant to vulnerable populations.
