Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in driving Compass Group's growth by delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials that support both new sales and client retention. From initial concept to final production, this role transforms complex ideas into clear, strategic visuals that help differentiate our brand in competitive bid environments. 

Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative, high-impact sales proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets. 
  • Create interactive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, microsites, PDFs, and other digital materials that support client growth and retention. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Retention teams to align design strategies with business goals. 
  • Translate complex information and client needs into engaging visuals that tell a clear, compelling story. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and ensuring brand consistency. 
  • Present fresh, creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews. 
  • Prepare and format content for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  • Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and resources for easy access by the team. 
  • Support the development of RFP responses by visually enhancing content and layouts. 
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
  • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Keynote. 
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and layout. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. 
  • Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
