Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum 5-7 years professional experience in consumer-direct marketing to join the in-house Branding & Creative team. This key creative role requires a strong foundation in print and agency-level design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, expert communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring brand campaigns and creative projects to life. Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, excluding academic portfolio work
  • Strong understanding of print production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of print layout, production processes, color theory and typography 
  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with online project management systems
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and Figma for email or web design is a plus

Position Summary: 

  • Design and produce compelling visual assets for print and some digital channels, including brochures, banners, ads, in-store signage, environmental signage, annual reports, flyers and more
  • Package assets for print production, with a keen understanding of typography, color production, and attention to detail with printer specifications and limitations
  • Collaborate with account managers, traffic managers, other designers, copywriters and clients where needed to effectively execute against client and creative team expectations
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while utilizing online project management tools and meeting deadlines and maintaining brand consistency
  • Produce a consistent output of production work related to artwork created by other senior design team leaders
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Stay current on design trends, tools and best practices in both print and some digital media
