Job Description:

SCOPE: Responsible for providing support as assigned by the Brand & Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer within design deadlines. Works with the communications team to design, edit and proof collateral. Helps with special projects (gathering materials in preparation for meetings, assisting with any marketing projects, preparing and gathering materials for events.)

FUNCTIONS:

1. Work with the Graphic Designer to design quality marketing and communication materials to support the MBPCC corporate brand as well as all Cancer Programs.
2. Assist with special projects as requested by the Communications Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Graphic Arts
- Commitment of at least one semester but preferably one year or more
- Satisfactory completion of introductory graphic design courses and a basic understanding of graphic design principals and programs.

- Experience working with Adobe Suite graphic design programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator required

- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
