We're seeking a part-time Hospital Admissions Representatives for our Surgery & Pain areas. Schedule: Mondays-Fridays from 2pm-6/7pm.
Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.
Responsibilities include:
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Greeting and registering patients
  • Pre-registration
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Insurance Verifications
  • Collecting and posting copays and deductibles
  • Tracking visits and authorizations
  • Preparing admissions paperwork
  • Admitting patients

Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
