Adecco is partnering with a reputable client in Thousand Oaks, CA, to seek experienced CNC Setup Machinists dedicated to precision manufacturing excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment through a trusted staffing provider.  

As a CNC Setup Machinist with Adecco, you will be responsible for meticulously setting up and operating various CNC machinery—including lathes, honing machines, grinders, and deburring tools—to produce high-quality, precision parts. Your role will include disassembling, assembling, and adjusting cutting dies and sources in presses, along with measuring and inspecting parts to ensure strict adherence to specifications. Monitoring machine performance, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues efficiently will be vital to maintaining smooth production flow while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma or GED required  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment in a manufacturing setting  

  • At least 3 years of setup experience with CNC machinery  

  • Certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields is preferred  

  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and quality standards such as ASME and ISO  

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications  

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)  

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
