Location: Anaheim, CA
Shift: [1st shift]
Are you passionate about precision and teamwork? At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we create life-saving healthcare packaging, and we're looking for a skilled Die Cut Press Operator to join our high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct machine safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Set up and operate die cut press machines to meet hourly production goals and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure all materials are prepared and ready for efficient production runs.
  • Read and interpret customer specifications to meet quality standards.
  • Perform line clearances and maintain machinery cleanliness with a focus on 5S organization principles.
  • Collaborate with other shifts to achieve daily production targets.
  • Execute efficient changeovers using Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) techniques.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in die-cutting or operating press machinery (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
