Description
The Club House Attendant's duties include removing, folding, and stocking towels, refilling amenities, cleaning steam and sauna room and overall locker room cleanliness. Cleanliness standards extend to all Beach Club areas such as lobby, hallways, exercise, weight and cardio rooms, pool deck, and sitting rooms. They must comply with the needs of business traffic as well as management requests which includes parking cars during lunch service and evening events.

PBC annually hosts premier events such as the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, TaylorMade Pebble Beach Invitational, Pebble Beach Food & Wine and PURE Insurance Championship.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Keep locker room, pool deck, public areas and pool deck clean.
  • Members have a very high expectation that the club is 5-star at all times.
  • Providing a clean environment ensures we are exceeding the expectations of our members.
  • Depending on business flow, the locker rooms need attention every 30 minutes at a minimum.
  • Dispose of all soiled towels in cart and take to laundry room.
  • Transfer towels from washer to dryer, fold towels from dryer. Clean lint trap after every load.
  • Stock folded towels in all designated areas.
  • Unload clean towels in cart and distribute to each locker room equally.
  • Assist in parking/shuttling duties during heavy volume traffic.
  • Stock paper products as needed.
  • Fill all amenities as needed.
  • Clean, dust and vacuum as needed.
  • Maintain floors, windows, ledges, mirrors, counters.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pool area.
  • Assist members with umbrellas as needed.
  • Return pool toys and equipment to proper storage areas.
  • Pick up and remove trash and abandoned meals.
  • Maintain stock of bottled water on retail desk.
  • Wipe down fitness equipment.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
  • Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • California driver's license with no more than two points.
