About The Fall Line

The Fall Line is a premier private destination golf and sporting club located in Southwest Georgia. Our club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including two Ogilvy, Cocking and Mead designed 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole short course, and world-class facilities for shooting, hunting and angling. In addition to our outstanding outdoor offerings, we pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality, with multiple dining and lodging options, all enhanced by our 25-acre farm that is the centerpiece of 4,500-acre property.

Position Overview

The Seasonal Club Transportation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless guest experience across all areas of The Fall Line. This position supports the Hospitality, Housekeeping, and Transportation teams by maintaining clean, well-stocked facilities and providing professional, safe transport for members and guests throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles including SUVs and Sprinter Vans to transport members and guests between lodges, residences, sporting venues, and other locations across the property.
  • Provide baggage handling services, including the delivery, loading, and unloading of luggage, golf bags, and personal items.
  • Assist with golf club bag transport and storage, ensuring proper handling and guest readiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance checks.
  • Support the Housekeeping and Facilities teams with linen delivery, restocking of supplies, and general upkeep of common areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a high level of service and discretion.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of special events, seasonal transitions, and other operational projects as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of The Fall Line’s hospitality and operations standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or transportation preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy luggage, equipment, and furnishings safely (up to 50 lbs).
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating vehicles across uneven terrain, and interacting frequently with guests and members. Professional appearance and demeanor are essential at all times.

Seasonal Work Schedule

This is a Seasonal Full-Time position with an anticipated employment season of September through June.

Work hours are based on Club usage and operational needs and may fluctuate throughout the season. The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as scheduled.

Employment during a future season is anticipated based on business needs and satisfactory performance but is not guaranteed.

Drug-Free Workplace

The Fall Line is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and drug-free workplace. As a condition of employment, applicants who receive a conditional offer may be required to successfully complete a drug screening. Employees are also subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

The Fall Line participates in Georgia’s Drug-Free Workplace Premium Credit Program.
