Job description

Temporary Employee - Sooner Club Stewards
Job no: 493770
Work type: Service/Maintenance
Location: Norman
Categories: Athletics
Pay Range: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience
Benefits Eligible: No
Work Schedule: Rotating Shift Schedule; Football Gamedays and Suite Stocking Available. Basketball Gamedays in the Winter.
Travel: Not required
Position Introduction:
Temporary guest relations assistants are needed to manage and look after suite and club areas at all home football games and have the opportunity to work men's and women's basketball games in the Courtside Club in the winter and spring. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of behind-the-scenes action of game days working with exclusive guests in premium areas.
Duties include preparing setup to make for an exceptional experience, greeting attendees, coordinating check-ins, actively listening to fan needs, effectively responding to questions, and maintaining a customer-oriented and professional attitude while displaying Sooner spirit. Floor manager opportunity available and dependent on experience.
