At Little Miss BBQ, our Back of House Cooks are the heartbeat of the kitchen. We're looking for folks who can execute bulk recipes with precision, stay organized under pressure, and take pride in every bite that hits the tray.

If you've got sharp focus, clean habits, and a serious work ethic, we want you on our crew.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Crank out large-batch recipes with consistency and care
  • Cook and assemble our famous red and green chili burritos: no joke, people drive across town for these
  • Bake scratch-made pies that taste like home but look like art
  • Jump on the line when needed, we're all in this together
  • Tackle dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing like a pro (yep, we all do it)
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
  • Work with urgency, accuracy, and pride

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experienced with bulk food prep and kitchen production
  • Can read and follow a recipe to the gram
