This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys home décor, seasonal products, and helping customers create spaces they love.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to lead our store, support a strong team, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers looking for accessories, furniture, and seasonal finds.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily store operations, team scheduling, customer service, and sales floor standards.

· Coach associates to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and meet sales goals.

· Maintain attractive displays, stocked shelves, and organized inventory.

· Support promotions, frequent resets, merchandising updates, and store performance goals.
