Coolray is seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Lead Appointment Generators to join our team at the Roswell Home Depot location. If you enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning bonuses for your performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Lead Appointment Generator, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador for Coolray, helping customers learn about our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services while scheduling free in-home consultations with our expert sales team. No home services experience is required—we provide all the training and support needed to help you succeed.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-facing environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by both hourly pay and performance-based incentives.

What Will I Do?

  • Represent Coolray professionally at retail partner locations and special events
  • Engage customers in friendly, informative conversations about their home comfort and service needs
  • Educate customers on Coolray's HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service offerings
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations
  • Qualify customer needs and accurately capture contact information
  • Maintain a positive, energetic presence while promoting company services
  • Build strong working relationships with retail store leadership and staff
  • Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead generation goals
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Uphold company values while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Previous retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred but not required
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and stay engaged throughout the shift
