  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to Lynchburg and/or Blacksburg project locations
  • Valid driver's license required

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-Time. W-2 Employment
  • Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 per year
  • Two weeks of PTO earned during the first year
  • Healthcare coverage with the company paying 75% of the employee's premium
  • Simple IRA with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 3% of annual salary
  • Mileage reimbursement for approved job-related travel

Why Progress Street Builders

Progress Street Builders is a strong fit for a construction professional who wants to lead meaningful custom home projects while staying connected to the field. You will be trusted to guide jobsite activity, support subcontractors and crews, and help deliver homes that reflect each client's vision. If you are based in the Roanoke area and open to supporting projects in both the Blacksburg and Lynchburg markets, this role offers a valuable opportunity to grow with a respected custom builder.
