A Typical Workday
Your day starts by scanning the docket and inbox, then setting priorities for the next filing window. Youโll shift between focused drafting time and quick check-ins with attorneys to confirm strategy, formatting, and timing. Midday often includes coordinating with a court clerk or vendor, then tightening up exhibits and citations before submission. Throughout the afternoon, youโll update matter notes, keep digital files audit-ready, and flag anything that could affect timing or scope. Youโll wrap by confirming whatโs next, so the team stays alignedโwithout losing momentum in a remote setting.
