Job Title: Software Developer (Hybrid)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week)
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | Hybrid Work Schedule
Department: Technology / Software Engineering
Reports to: Software Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Software Developer to join our hybrid team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, youll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that align with business needs. You will work on a mix of web and backend development projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

  • Participate in software architecture decisions and technical planning sessions.

  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that follows best practices.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.

  • Debug and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.

  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

  • Work in Agile or Scrum development environments, attending daily standups and sprint reviews.

  • Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and software quality.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or Java.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (.NET, Node.js, Django, etc.).
