BCBA Center and Home Based

Job Summary:

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA Center-Based and Home-Based. As a BCBA at Yellow Bus ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our organization is committed to creating an enriching environment where children can flourish and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)

  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes

  • Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance

  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application

  • Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • BCBA certification

  • VA LBA certification

  • Strong passion for helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth

  • Ability to build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Commitment to working full-time

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
