This role supports the review, negotiation, execution, and administration of vendor contracts, helping to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with legal, business, and organizational requirements.

- Review, draft, and edit vendor contracts submitted by internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate risk mitigation
- Coordinate contract review, approval, and execution processes in accordance with Company policies

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. A legal background is often preferred
- 5 years’ work experience in contract administration/law, preferably vendor contracts
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), may be advantageous
- Understanding of contract law and relevant legal principles is crucial
- Precision in reviewing and drafting contracts to avoid errors and ambiguities
- Ability to engage in effective and fair negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes that comply with legal and organizational requirements
- Capability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and deadlines
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is essential
- Ability to issue spot, assess risks, and make informed decisions in the best interest of the organization
