Position: TMA -Overnights 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Location: St. Paul, MN
Employment Type: Part-Time 56 hours
Must be a certified TMA and CNA

Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands-on care to Residents while supporting their physical and emotional well-being. CNAs are essential members of our care team and help create a warm, home atmosphere for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in Residents’ conditions
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with the policies of the Home
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Uphold the dignity and privacy of each Resident
Qualifications/Requirements
Current Minnesota CNA certification in good standing
CPR certification
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate heart and commitment to serving the elderly
Drug test, criminal background check, and physical are required
