Sierra Pacific Tours has been locally owned since the 1970s, we provide safe, reliable, professional transportation across the Bay Area and beyond. We’re hiring route drivers to operate campus shuttle service beginning August 19, 2026.

Position Details
  • Role: Route Driver — campus shuttle service.
  • Start date: August 19, 2026
  • Shift start/end location: San Jose, CA (driver begins and ends shift in San Jose)
  • Schedule :
    • 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
  • $25.00–$27.00 per hour
Required Qualifications (must have)
  • Valid Class A or B commercial driver’s license with passenger and air‑brake endorsements
  • Minimum 5 years commercial driving experience — PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT HELD A VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS
  • Clean driving record; current Medical Certificate
  • Successful background check and pre‑employment drug & alcohol screening
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; punctual and professional appearance
  • Ability to start/end shift in San Jose, CA and reliably commute
