Vendor & Client Support

  • Serve as a support contact for vendors, venue partners, staffing teams, and operational partners throughout project execution
  • Participate in production meetings, site walks, client calls, and operational planning sessions
  • Assist with gathering vendor quotes, rental coordination, production estimates, and operational sourcing needs
  • Communicate production updates and logistical details clearly with internal teams and external partners

On-Site Event Execution

  • Support on-site production management during activations, tours, and live events
  • Assist with setup supervision, production troubleshooting, staffing coordination, and event-day operational support
  • Monitor activation flow and help resolve logistical or operational issues in real time
  • Ensure event spaces, branded environments, and operational areas remain organized and presentation-ready throughout activations
  • Support overnight builds, early load-ins, and late-night breakdowns as required

Budgeting & Administrative Support

  • Assist with tracking production expenses, vendor invoices, labor hours, and operational costs
  • Support event budget management and post-event reconciliation processes
  • Help identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities during project planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation
